themedicube.com.sg is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders for orders placed here.

STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS

Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners Ninjavan. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $50.00. Flat shipping fee $3.50 will be charged for all orders under $50.You will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING

1.Shipping Time: 3-4 business days

Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-4 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.

2. Every customer will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

3. No delivery charges will incur for an order canceled within 24 hours from the initial order.

4. All rates mentioned above exclude 7% GST.
